ABOUT THE CEO

Mrs. TaJuana Antwine is the founder of Mindshift, LLC.  She brings over 20 years of experience in project management, change management, and engineering.  Mrs. Antwine has provided management consulting for various organizations including clients in oil and gas, manufacturing, renewable energy, information technology and aviation services.  She has managed contracts up to $500 million in organizations ranging in size from less than 1000 to more than 80,000.  As an experienced change management professional, she has helped organizations to plan and implement transformations in strategy, technology, and diversity and inclusion.
